About the evaluation committee
The evaluation committee consists of nine members, and its composition may change.
All members of the judging panel must be independent of political parties.
If any nominee has a close working relationship or other connection with a member of the judging panel, that member's vote shall not be decisive in the final result.

The award preparation process and the award ceremony are organized by the Bálint-house.
